What are the initial steps to starting a project?
Start by completing our online ‘consultation request‘ form. We then reach out for a quick phone call to get a high-level overview of your project. Next, we schedule an onsite consultation visit which typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour where we discuss ideas, take measurements, and pictures. Lastly, we come up with a design plan and estimate.
Do you charge for the consultation visit?
Yes! Our fees start at $150 for the consultation visit and resulting plan.
How do I schedule project work?
Once we receive a deposit, we schedule your project dates and begin to purchase materials. We are often scheduled out several weeks to months in advance, so contact us early in your project planning stages.
Do you work with DIY or out of town clients?
Absolutely! We structure our consultation visits a bit longer for DIY clients and provide additional information and tips onsite. We can also provide plant lists and even design plans for clients that want to do the labor themselves. For out-of-town clients we offer consultations via phone and virtual meetings.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes, we offer annual, semi-annual, or quarterly maintenance. Maintenance visit tasks are tailored to the individual property, time of year, and client’s needs.
